Before Co-Founding CLEARFORCE TALENT, Kara supported a Small Disadvantaged Business performing as both a prime contractor and subcontractor on federal IT programs, providing direct delivery leadership and operational support under federal oversight.


She also supported federal programs as a subcontractor to large prime contractors, including Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), delivering recruiting and workforce support aligned to IT governance, enterprise architecture, and capital planning initiatives across multiple United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) organizations.
